How to Find and Link a Journal Article: Finding the Links: Database Examples

From the article's landing page, click "Cite" from the right-side of the article. You will receive a pop-up window that contains the URL that you need.

You can also click on the "Abstracts/Details" tab and scroll down to the field labeled "Document URL". Copy this address.

 

 

 

 


Taylor and Francis Link

Taylor & Francis displays the permanent link prominantly on the article landing page. They use a DOI; copy the whole URL.

JSTOR Link

In JSTOR, the stable URL is easy to find on the article landing page.

EBSCO Link

From the article landing page, look to the right and find chain link icon that says "Permalink". Click, and copy the URL that appears.

ScienceDirect Link

Click on the article title showing the bibliographic information, copy the url.
