Human Dimension: OVERVIEW

Due to licensing agreements, access to articles in the Library’s subscription databases is limited to current USAWC faculty, staff, and students. When off-network, USAWC personnel should use their login and password for remote access. For the Army community stationed elsewhere or deployed, many articles are online in DoD Military OneSource's "MWR Digital Library."  Local libraries are another option.

Background Information

"The U.S. Army Human Dimension Concept provides a framework for how the future Army must select, develop, sustain, and transition Soldiers and Army Civilians to prevent, shape, and win in the 21st century. This concept redefines the parameters of the human dimension as encompassing the cognitive, physical, and social components. It includes all aspects of Soldier, Civilian, leader, and organizational development and performance essential to raise, prepare, and employ the Army in unified land operations." (TP525-3-7, 2014).
