Joint Interagency Task Force North
Created in 1989, Joint Task Force North (JTF-N) was initially established as Joint Task Force – Six (JTF-6). It serves as the planning and coordinating operational headquarters to support local, state and federal law enforcement agencies within the southwest border region to counter the flow of illegal drugs into the United States.
Joint Interagency Task Force South
JIATF South executes detection and monitoring of illicit trafficking across all domains, and facilitates international and interagency interdiction to enable the disruption and dismantlement of illicit and converging threat networks in support of national and hemispheric security.
Joint Interagency Task Force West
Joint Interagency Task Force West is a standing United States military joint task force with the mission of combating drug-related transnational organized crime in the Indo-Asia-Pacific. JIATF West's area of responsibility is that of United States Indo-Pacific Command.
